Unless otherwise agreed upon, customers are responsible for unloading the truck upon its arrival at the destination. It usually takes about 30 to 60 minutes for a person to unload a pallet load using a forklift. Delivery of individually loaded bags (called “ground load”) may require a team of 4-5 people and about two hours to unload.
